What is the dress code?
Semi-formal. We recommend suits or sport coats for men and tea length to floor length dresses for women. Cowboy boots for the reception are encouraged! The ceremony is inside the church, and the reception will have concrete floors for both the barn and tent sections.
When should I RSVP by?
Formal invitations will go out closer to the date including an RSVP deadline. If your plans change after you reply, just let us know.
Can I bring a guest?
Your invitation will name everyone we have reserved a seat for. If it says “and guest,” we would love to have them there.
Are children invited?
Your invitation will name everyone we have a reserved seat for. If your children are included, they will be listed on the invitation.
Where should I stay?
We have a room block at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Chelsea. We will post the booking link and the group code in the Stay & Travel section on the home page as soon as we have them.
What about parking?
There is free parking at both the church and Robin Hill. Cars may be left overnight at Robin Hill and picked up the next morning. Hotel bookings will come with free overnight parking as well.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
There will be a gluten free option at dinner. Please note anything else on your RSVP, and we will pass it along to the caterer.
